Plain prices, in Canadian dollars
These are starting rates for a typical city lot or job. Your quote is confirmed before any work starts — if something turns out bigger than expected, I'll tell you before I keep going, not after.
The fine print
Good to know
- Per-hour jobs are billed in half-hour steps after the first hour. You'll get an estimate of hours up front.
- Snow on-call: sign up and I'll come after every snowfall of 5 cm or more, billed per visit. Big dumps (25 cm+) or packed plow ridges at the end of the drive may be quoted higher — I'll tell you before I start.
- Equipment: jobs marked "You supply" need your mower, ladder or bags on site. If they're not there, I can't do the job and won't charge for the visit.
- Distance: prices cover the walkable cores and nearby neighbourhoods. Further out is still possible by bike or transit — just ask.
- Payment: e-transfer or cash, after the job's done. Regular clients can pay weekly or monthly.
- Taxes: all prices are in CAD. If HST (13% in Ontario) applies, it will be shown clearly on your quote — no surprise add-ons.
